# Eligibility
- You may return most **unopened, unused items within  14 days of delivery
- Products must be in original packaging with all tags/labels attached
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
  - Opened makeup products
  - Used beauty tools/applicators
  - Personal care items

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service at contact@feolina.com  to request a return authorization
2. Pack items securely in original packaging
3. Include the completed return form (we'll email this to you)
4. Ship to our return center (address provided upon authorization)

Returns processing: 3-5 business days after we receive your package

Refund issuance: 5-7 business days after approval

Credit card refunds: Allow 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
